7 months old!!

You are 7 months old Ava!!!

You are still sleeping great.  You have been sleeping 8 to 10 hours a night AND taking 2 to 3 naps a day which are around 1 1/2 to 2 hours long! You are a very good sleeper!!

Length: I haven't measured you this month but will at 8 months!!

Diaper Size:

You moved up a size to size 3!!! 

 

Clothes Size:

It really depends on the clothing brand but mostly you still wear 6 months.  You have been growing because you jeans are getting shorter.  

  

Funniest moment this month:

 When you giggle! You giggle about everything.  You giggle when we laugh, or when we tickle you! It is soo cute!!

Your favorite toy: 

Anything you can chew on & anything that makes noise! You really like your roll around toy that spins and your little bucket with the blocks inside!

6 months old!

Ava, 

I can't believe you are 6 months old! I love you sooo much that words can't even describe.  This month, you have started doing sooo many new things and have grown so much! 

• You are wearing 6 month clothing and wearing size 2 diapers 
• At your 6 month appt,  you weighed 16lbs 9oz
• You have started baby food.  You like green beans the best and you did not like squash & peas
• You are sleeping 10 to 12 hours a night and taking 2 or 3 naps during the day. 
• You have your two bottom teeth (october 13)and are currently trying to get your top teeth
• You have said Ma Ma for the first time on October 28th and Da Da for the first time on November 7th
• You like to sit outside with mom, watch footbal with daddy, play with all your toys on the blanket
• You are sitting up, holding your bottle and drinking from a sippy cup.

5 months old!!

5 months old!

*Roll Over* & Sassie!

She did it.  My baby girl OFFICIALLY rolled over.  It happened Sunday, September 5th.  It happened a day to the year that I found out I was pregnant! We are so proud!! Yesterday, we had her 4 month appointment and found out she weighs 14lbs 9oz and is 25 1/4 inches long.  Dr. Sood says she will be taller than her momma! Yay! She won't have the same problem I do...that all my pants are wayyy to long!

Also, its been 3 years since we said goodbye to one of my best friends growing up...Sassie! She was the best dog in the whole world.  I miss her everyday and think of her often.  I know she would absolutely love Ava if she was still around.

I think that picture is the only picture we have of Sassie & Sugar together.  It was the last christmas Sassie was here to enjoy.

4 months old!!

Ava,

Your 4 months old!! I cannot believe how fast 4 months have gone by! Words cannot express how much we love you.  We love everything about you.  Your personality, your smile, how cuddly you are...etc! 

You weigh close to 14 lbs

You wear 3-6 month clothes

You are still wearing size 1 diaper

You are drooling everywhere

You now like tummy time

You are holding your head up soo good

You have "unofficially" rolled over

You sleep 10-12 hours a night with 2 naps during the day

You are eating 4 oz of milk with cereal

Your favorite things include bath time with daddy, walks around the mall & neighborhood, your GiGi, Gpa, Grandma, Grandpa & Aunt DiDi and Uncle Philip, swinging in your swing, "talking" to mommy, & watching movies with Daddy.  

You love reading books with mommy & daddy

You love "flirting" with friends and even strangers

You are the best baby we could ask for.  We love you so much.  We are so thankful that YOU are our daughter and we feel so blessed to be your parents.

3 months old!

This has been the best 3 months of our lives.  You are such a good baby! You weighed 11lbs 13 oz and were 23 1/4 long at your last doctors appointment.  You are drinking 4 oz of formula every 3 hours.  You are sleeping 8 to 10 hours a night and taking 2 or 3 short naps during the day.  You have started smiling and "talking" which is sooo cute. You like going for walks and playing with your raddle.  You do not like tummy time at all.

Sorry this post is late..hey im a mom I have an excuse! You were 3 months old on July 28th..so I'm only a couple days late ;)

In the middle....I have no clue what the name of it is because I throw the wrapper away after I restock! 

4. Have you ever had a surprise party thrown for you? Or have you had one for someone else?

I think I have thrown a surprise party for someone but I can't remember who..lol 

5. What is one material possession that you "can't live without"?

Most likely, my cell phone.  If I think I left it at home, I freak out! I don't feel "safe" without it!
