Coolest Part of Pregnancy

Ok, We've are experiencing the coolest part of pregnancy. The movement & kicking. She is SO active now..its sooooo cool!! Nathan felt her kick last night. Baby Ava kicked him twice and then once tonight.

Other than that, life is great & busy. :)

2010 ...already??

Wow, Ok so I haven't posted in a long time. Everything is going great. The pregnancy is going great. Morning sickness has FINALLY subsided (knock on wood). I am now 22 1/2 weeks. I felt her kick on 12/19. It's the coolest thing EVER!!Nathan hasn't felt her kick yet thougbecause its not strong enough. We go back to the dr. on the 18th i think. So excited to see her again!! At first, we were not sure of her name because the name we had chosen Nathan thinks is a very popular name. But, I love it and hopefully she will too! Anyways, I promise I'm going to start posting every couple of days so I can keep this updated :)

On Christmas Eve/Day, we were in a Blizzard. It was the first Blizzard in Tulsa. CRAZY! We usually just get ice but not this time. It still hasn't all melted!

Both Missy & I got Snuggies! I actually got two. One from my parents and one from Nathan's parents. Awesome! Now, I can have a snuggie wherever I go...:)

Update, Update, Update

So, I'm going to skip ahead a little bit. We've gone to the DR. 3 times now to see our little precious baby. It seriously makes my day when I see the baby. On Oct. 26th, we found out the doctor is 99% of the baby's sex. We decided to tell our families in a fun way. We had Dr. Nilson put the sex of the baby in an sealed envelope. Then, we took the envelope to a bakery and told them to make the cake batter the color that matched the sex of the baby. (pink-girl, blue-boy). Later that evening, we had our families over and we cut into the cake and this is what we saw...

It's a GIRL!!! 99% Sure...We are excited...

I'm now 12 1/2 weeks. I think I'm finally getting over "all-day" sickness.

I'm going to try to update this every few days. I promise I will get better :)

*New Blog..New Fun*

So...this is my first attempt at the "blog world." We decided to start this blog, so we can keep far away family members up to date...(close family members are allowed to read too :))

Anyways, the past year has been awesome. We've enjoyed being married, living life and are always so thankful that we are so blessed. But, on September 4th, our lives became every more interesting. (Hence the reason for a blog) I started not feeling like myself around the 2nd of September. But, I was so sure I couldn't be pregnant. Well, I was wrong! I took a test on the 4th and was blown away with a positive test. So, I decided it could be wrong and went and bought 2 more. Well, the 3 of the tests were correct. So, I decided I had to tell Nathan. When he got home that evening. He came home to this....

Crazy huh? Well, we decided that we had to wait to tell everyone because we wanted to do it in a fun way..

So, on September 13th(Grandparents Day), we told our families and they were way excited... for now..im done and going to bed...ill elaborate more on the next post:) I'm still getting in the hang of being a "blogger"
